You can further increase safety with remote-operated electric sliding gates, optional video monitoring, or an aerosol extinguishing system. Statics The aerosol extinguishing system is triggered based on temperature, and effectively interrupts the chemical combustion process within 4.5 to 15 seconds (depending on the model). Roof drainage Statics for the technical room system are calculated on the basis of Eurocode 3 (EN 1993). The loads on the structure are measured in accordance with Eurocode 1 (EN 1991-1-3) for a characteristic wind load qk,w = 0.585 kN/m² and a snow load of sk = 2,5 kN/m². The structure is also designed in accordance with DIN 4149, EN 1998-1:2004 for earthquake zone 3. Can be designed with additional equipment to handle up to wind load zone 4 with terrain category I (qk,w = 1.064 kN/m²) or up to a snow load of sk = 5.86 kN/m². The roof drainage mitigates the load of standing water on the roof. Rainwater is guided to the two short sides of the room via the roof profile and routed to a drain through either the right or left corner profile, or through both corner profiles. From there, it can be guided to a drainage system through the building, for instance via a drain pipe.
